Job Summary
Conduct various selling and customer service activities to assist customers in making informed buying decisions for boats and ATVs. Engage all customers entering the department, determine their specific needs, and provide necessary product information while maintaining current knowledge through training and resources. Prepare the showroom daily for proper signage and ensure all products remain clean and presentable throughout the shift. Generate and manage leads in the CRM tool by documenting follow-up activities and daily tasks. Meet with potential customers to facilitate seamless delivery in coordination with the Service Department and accurately complete all required paperwork. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal information and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent experience
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
- Ability to operate computer system & Point of Sale register system
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
- Ability to operate computer system & Point of Sale register system
