Boat & ATV Sales Consultant

Boat & ATV Sales Consultant responsible for selling boats and ATVs and guiding customers through informed buying decisions. Provide world-class customer service, engage customers in the department, determine boating/ATV needs, maintain current product knowledge, communicate pricing and promotions, generate and manage CRM leads with follow-up, assist with showroom presentation, coordinate with the Service Department for seamless delivery, participate in events (Boat Shows, Parking Lot events), complete required paperwork, and strive to meet monthly sales goals. Maintain confidentiality, operate POS systems, and uphold company policies. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
