Job Summary

Engage all customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner, meeting with potential buyers to determine their boating or ATV needs. Provide necessary product information and pricing details to facilitate informed buying decisions while maintaining current knowledge through training and resources. Prepare the showroom each morning for signage and product presentation, then manage daily leads and follow-up activities within the CRM tool. Meet and exceed individual monthly sales goals based on employment status and historical performance, ensuring seamless delivery coordination with the Service Department. Maintain complete confidentiality of sensitive customer information and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

High School education or equivalent experience
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
Ability to operate computer system & Point of Sale register system
Must be available for weekend shifts

Strong attention to detail
Valid driver's license
