Job Summary
Sales consultant responsible for assisting Boat and ATV customers, determining their needs, and providing information to help them make informed buying decisions. Maintains showroom presentation and product knowledge, engages customers, generates leads in the CRM, documents follow-up activities, participates in events, and works toward monthly sales goals. Coordinates with the Service Department for seamless delivery, processes paperwork, and maintains a clean, professional work area while adhering to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to operate computer system & Point of Sale register system
