Job Summary
Conduct meat carving and hot food preparation by following recipes accurately, neatly, and according to sanitation guidelines. Complete takeout and catering orders in a timely fashion while collaborating with teammates to maintain high standards for food quality and safety. Arrive on time for each shift, practicing proper time reporting, and consistently follow station and cleaning checklists. Provide a positive attitude when interacting with guests and contribute to team success by taking initiative and pitching in to help others. Work in a fast and independent manner, cross-training across multiple stations as needed.
