Complete hot food prep assignments by following recipes accurately, neatly, and according to sanitation guidelines. Work in collaboration to prepare take out and catering orders in a timely fashion. Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently and thoroughly. Arrive on time for each shift and practice proper time reporting. Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests. Cross-train and work multiple stations while maintaining high standards for food preparation and sanitation. Contribute to the team by taking initiative and pitching in to help others.
