Boarding School Sales Advisor, Track & Field

Manage the full enrollment process for prospective student-athletes and families from inquiry through enrollment. Guide families through decision-making by assessing needs and recommending appropriate IMG Academy programs. Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through outreach, follow-up, and relationship management. Host families for campus visits, tours, virtual meetings, and enrollment events. Collaborate with Sport Directors and campus departments to achieve enrollment goals and ensure a seamless family experience. Develop and execute enrollment strategies supporting sport-specific growth objectives. Identify opportunities to increase enrollment through referrals, partnerships, and business development efforts. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Academy programs, offerings, and enrollment policies. Manage prospect and applicant data within CRM systems to support reporting and forecasting. Conduct financial conversations in accordance with Academy policies. Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Support team initiatives, special events, and cross-functional activities as needed. Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and ethical business standards.
