Supervise overnight guest stays by coaching Pet Care Attendants, coordinating daily feeding and medication, and overseeing add-on services like playtimes and grooming. Ensure precision care through "snout-to-tail" health assessments and enforce strict hygiene and safety standards across the facility. Collaborate with Daycare, Front Desk, and Enrichment Leads to maintain seamless resort operations while mentoring staff toward professional goals. Required Qualifications
- solid, proven experience working in a pet boarding, doggy daycare, or veterinary environment
- strong foundational knowledge of pet health, medication administration, and safety protocols
- previous supervisory or team lead experience
