Job Summary
Board Operator operates the broadcast console and studio equipment during live and pre-recorded shows, monitors on-air programming for quality and FCC compliance, coordinates with talent, producers, and traffic teams for smooth transitions and accurate ad placement, troubleshoots technical issues in real time, records and edits audio content for playback using automation systems, maintains logs for regulatory and internal compliance, and supports remote broadcasts and live events as needed. Requires familiarity with broadcast equipment and automation systems (e.g., NexGen, Adobe Audition) and a high school diploma or equivalent; offers a part-time schedule with flexible hours.
