Job Summary
Lead the design of complex boards for signal and image processing applications, owning the development lifecycle from concept through bring-up, validation, and production support. Drive hardware architecture and mixed-signal/analog PCB designs, collaborating with FPGA, Software, System, and Mechanical teams. Define design plans, schedules, and priorities; perform failure analysis and debugging using lab equipment; ensure design integrity through simulations, thermal and signal integrity analyses, and cross-functional coordination.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in high-speed and mixed-signal board design
- Strong expertise in analog design and LED driver circuits
- Power design and current regulation
- FPGA-based systems and memory interfaces (DDR, SDRAM, Flash)
- PCIe, SerDes, GigE, Camera Link protocols
- Experience across full development cycle: schematic design, layout constraints definition, signal integrity considerations, simulation and thermal design
- Hands-on experience with board bring-up, testing, and debugging
- Cross-team debugging with Software/FPGA
- Experience with CCD and CMOS camera imaging technology (advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
