Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to establish customized treatment plans utilizing manual therapy, exercise programs, and medical equipment. Document progress, adjust therapeutic goals, and provide education on device usage and self-care strategies to patients and families. Stay current on best practices through workshops and continuing education while collaborating with board-certified colleagues. Work onsite Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM. Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and valid state licensure with at least two years of clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- A valid state licensure in Physical Therapy.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a professional setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively document patient information.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to healthcare documentation.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to a dynamic healthcare environment.
Desired Qualifications
- While prior experience is required, candidates with diverse clinical backgrounds are highly valued.
- Any additional experience working with various age groups or specific therapeutic methodologies will be advantageous.
