Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients in home care or clinic environments by developing personalized treatment plans using exercise regimens, manual therapy, and assistive devices. Continuously monitor patient progress, adjust strategies as needed, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to educate patients and caregivers on effective techniques. Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge through workshops, professional organizations, and literature review while assisting with assistive device fitting. This role involves onsite work at our Richmond, Virginia facility with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer systems and documentation processes relevant to patient care
- Exceptional flexibility and adaptability in managing diverse patient needs
