Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified Physical Therapist
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure in Physical Therapy in New York
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency to manage electronic health records and documentation
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
