Board-certified Otolaryngologist sought as a Physician Reviewer/Advisor to support Washington L&I Independent Medical Examinations. This contract role involves reviewing medical records, performing in-person exams across multiple WA clinic locations (Bellevue, Seattle, Everett, Spokane, Vancouver), and preparing reports addressing clinical questions using AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Sixth Edition. Requires active practice, WA license, board-certified Otolaryngology, and willingness to operate as an independent contractor with per-case compensation; no-show and late-cancellation fees protect time. Case load is scheduled per availability with streamlined case flow and robust referral/support processes.
Required Qualifications
