Board Certified or Board-Eligible General Pediatrics

General Pediatrician needed to join a thriving pediatric practice on Long Island. Responsibilities include assessing health status through history and physical exams; initiating therapeutic and diagnostic procedures; prescribing and adjusting medications; providing teaching and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute/chronic illnesses; documenting findings in the medical record; developing and implementing patient management plans; conducting patient record reviews with collaborating physicians; advocating for patients and supporting patients' rights; maintaining current knowledge and serving as a resource and leader to staff.
