Job Summary
General Pediatrician to join our growing pediatric practice on Long Island. Responsibilities include assessing health status through history and physicals, initiating therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, prescribing medications, coordinating care per collaborative practice guidelines, educating patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention, documenting findings in medical records, developing patient management plans, conducting record reviews with collaborating physicians, advocating for patients, and providing leadership to staff. Requires board certification or eligibility in General Pediatrics, NYS medical license, and active DEA license. Compensation range provided with comprehensive benefits.
