Job Summary
Board-certified Internal Medicine physicians are sought in Delaware for Independent Medical Exam (IME) case reviews. This in-person contract reviewer/advisor role involves evaluating medical records to determine medical necessity per client guidelines and national standards, citing criteria and literature, providing timely reports, maintaining credentialing/licensing, and coordinating with clients as needed. Ideal candidates hold a Delaware state license (CA license also noted) and are board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Occupational Medicine, with active practice. The position offers flexible, supplemental income with a per-case compensation model and no patient-physician relationship established. Fully prepped cases and streamlined workflows are provided to support case reviews and reporting.
