Job Summary
Perform complex cardiothoracic surgical procedures with a primary focus on cardiac surgery (75%) and general thoracic surgery (25%), using advanced minimally invasive robotic techniques and leading structural heart programs (e.g., TAVR). Execute surgical treatment of atrial fibrillation and contribute to the growth of robotic thoracic procedures, while mentoring residents, fellows, and medical staff. Opportunities for leadership roles at hospital or system levels (Director/Chairperson) based on qualifications; expected contribution to program development and innovation and to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Surgery (prefer Structural Cardiac Interventional Fellowship)
- Proficiency in robotic-assisted procedures
- Experience in program development and innovation
