Job Summary

Observe, identify, analyze, and document behavior challenges in a center-based environment. Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop service plans. Create individualized treatment plans to improve outcomes for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Use training and creativity to address challenging problems in home, workplace, and community settings. Train team members on reinforcing plan implementation. Requires a Master's degree, one year of special populations experience, and Board Certification preferred. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules available with comprehensive benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • One year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development
  • Valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
  • A commitment to quality in everything you do

Desired Qualifications

  • Conduct research in behavior analysis within an applied setting preferred
  • Board Certification preferred
