Job Summary
Provide client assessments, supervise ongoing ABA programs, and train caregivers within a supportive community. Take part in mentorship programs, participate in peer advisory groups, and contribute to a dynamic clinical team of BCBAs in Catonsville, MD. Responsibilities include supervising paraprofessionals, delivering 1:1 ABA services, training parents and caregivers, ensuring program fidelity, and applying data-driven assessments to adjust interventions. Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD
- Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
- Display excellent clinical competence and judgment
- Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
- Respect for cultural diversity and the capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity
- Willingness to accept supervision and guidance & remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.
