Job Summary
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at United Care ABA, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs and support staff, and conduct assessments. Ideal candidates should have BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in a related field, and experience in ABA. Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification (required in your state, or you must be sitting for your exam within the next 3 months)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (e.g., psychology, education, social work)
- Experience in ABA (1+ years preferred, but we welcome those just starting out as a BCBA)
