Job Summary
School-based BCBA role providing direct ABA services including FBAs and BIPs, data-driven progress monitoring, and collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include supervising RBTs and school staff, participating in IEP meetings, delivering crisis intervention when needed, and designing professional development on ABA best practices. Requires BCBA certification and active licensure; master’s degree preferred. Flexible scheduling with on-site, hybrid, or remote options in a school-based setting; located in Hoquiam, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Valid BCBA certification
- Active state BCBA licensure or certification
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in educational settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced school environment
- Commitment to positive, student-centered behavior support approaches
