Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities. Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions while supervising and mentoring behavior technicians. Deliver behavioral skills training to parents and caregivers, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with speech therapists and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care. This role requires a Master's degree and Board Certification in Behavior Analysis. Competitive pay ranges from $85-$110 an hour with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with ASD
- Strong background in ABA
- Experience working in a clinical setting
