Job Summary
Conduct direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision for clients with autism spectrum disorder and related neurodevelopmental disorders in a clinic-based setting, with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings. Supervise a team of behavior technicians and RBTs, while providing and facilitating family support and training. Perform case reviews, document supervision sessions, and conduct functional behavior assessments to create behavior intervention plans. Maintain current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board in good standing.
