Job Summary
Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with autism spectrum disorder and related neurodevelopmental disorders in a clinic-based setting with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings. Supervise a team of behavior technicians and RBTs, conducting functional behavior assessments and creating behavior intervention plans. Facilitate family support and training while managing case reviews and documenting supervision sessions. Maintain current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board in good standing.
