Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Illinois is responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans; supervising RBTs and providing ongoing training and support; conducting assessments and adjusting treatment goals; collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success; maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Requires BCBA certification and current LBA certification, a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs, plus strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills and a passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
Required Qualifications
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
