Job Summary

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conducting assessments to adjust goals as needed. Supervise RBTs by providing ongoing training and support while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards throughout program implementation. Requires current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, and experience supervising RBTs.
