Job Summary
Provide behavioral consultation and programming support to multiple schools within the cooperative; conduct observations and functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and support implementation of behavior strategies; collaborate with teachers, school staff, administrators, and families; mentor and provide professional guidance across supported districts; maintain documentation aligned with school and state guidelines; two BCBA roles focusing on low-incidence autism classrooms and early childhood social-emotional programs; work with two other full-time BCBAs and support program development, behavioral programming, and staff coaching across grades Early Childhood–8th.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification – required
- Strong collaboration, consultation, and communication skills
