Job Summary
Deliver ABA therapy as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a clinic setting. Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, monitor client progress, and complete required documentation (evaluations and progress reports) per practice guidelines. Provide supervision, coaching, and training to RBTs; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care for children with special needs; mentor and develop RBTs and future BCBAs; participate in ongoing professional development and leadership tracks.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
- Experience working in a clinic setting
