Job Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst at CHOC works with children with developmental disabilities, applying behavioral methods to enhance their social and life skills. The role involves developing treatment plans and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians. Ideal candidates will have a master's degree, relevant experience, and BCBA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience working with children with development disabilities including individuals with Autism
- Master's degree in psychology, education, social work or related field
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with others in behavioral therapy plans
- Experience with graphing and analyzing data
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders in patient's home and/or community
- Supervisory experience of behavior technicians and ABA programming
- Toilet Training
- Feeding
- Early Intensive Interventions
