Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs while overseeing clinic operations to ensure the highest quality of care. Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress through individual sessions, groups, parent training, and evaluations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including OT, PT, and ST, to provide comprehensive care. Participate in weekly department meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities. Provide training and support to staff to maintain a high standard of care and client outcomes. Requires a current Arizona BCBA license and at least one year of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current BCBA License in Arizona
- If out of state must be willing to obtain an Az License
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA therapy
- Strong background in supervising and mentoring other BCBAs and RBTs
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
