Job Summary
BCBA provides behavioral support and coaching to teaching teams, develops and implements strategies to address student behavior, collaborates with teachers and caregivers, leads discussions, analyzes data, and may provide direct student support to meet positive behavior outcomes. The role involves mentoring, modeling instruction for educators, coordinating Tier 1 & Tier 2 behavioral strategies, and facilitating professional development and problem‐solving discussions with administrators, teachers, and staff to address challenging behaviors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid TSPC license or ability to obtain by position start date
- 3 years experience working in public schools, preferred
