Job Summary
Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst responsible for supervising Behavior Therapists, maintaining caseloads, writing and updating treatment plans, monitoring data, communicating with families, providing school consultation, and collaborating with Clinical/Executive Directors. Requires a Master’s degree in ABA/related field, BCBA certification, MA license (LABA), 3+ years ABA experience (including work with autism ages 14 and younger), and willingness to travel to South Shore homes. Located in Dorchester, MA with school-based services in Boston-area communities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field
- BCBA certification and Massachusetts license (LABA)
- One (1) plus years of BCBA experience preferred; newly certified BCBA eligible
- At least three (3) years of ABA experience or working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- At least three (3) years experience working with children with autism ages 14 and younger, including toddlers
- Access to two recent redacted writing samples demonstrating clinical skills (Functional Behavior Assessment, Treatment Plan, Behavior Support Plan, Instructional Program)
- Two (2) references from a professional or academic supervisor
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to occasionally lift, transport clients or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds; ability to move quickly to follow clients
- Must consent to a criminal background investigation
- Travel to clients’ homes on the South Shore
