Job Summary
Full-time position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior support plans, and training RBTs in a collaborative healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a certification for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that is in good standing
- Work a minimum of 30 billable hours per week
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Write and manage the behavior support plans tailored to each individual
- Vehicle required with proof of insurance for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license.
- Resume and two personal or professional references are required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Experience working with children, teens, and young adults with autism and other related disabilities
- Supervision experience of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Additional Requirements
- 25% travel preferred
