Job Summary
Plan, develop, and monitor Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment for clients ages 2-18 with autism spectrum disorder. Conduct norm-referenced and criterion-reference assessments, including Vineland, VB-MAPP, and PEAK. Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Technicians, including training in discrete trial and natural environment models. Coach team members on developing proactive, strength-based treatment plans and Functional Behavior Assessments. Create ongoing data collection systems to analyze programmatic efficacy and guide programming. Serve as a liaison to families, provide frequent check-ins, and complete progress notes in the Electronic Health Record within 24 hours. Train Child and Family Team members on implementing teaching strategies. This opportunity is within Intermountain Centers' largest adult and child service continuum in Arizona, offering evidence-based treatment approaches, training, and supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a field related to Applied Behavior Analysis
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Licensed behavior analyst recognized by the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Arizona Driver's License
- 39-month Motor Vehicle Report
- Proof of vehicle registration and liability insurance that meets insurance requirements
- Level 1 fingerprint clearance
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Initial current negative TB test result
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year as Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- 3 years experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorders or other related disorders
