Job Summary
Provide ABA therapy and behavior support across diverse age groups while conducting functional behavior assessments and analyzing data. Train caregivers and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, ABA Specialists, and practicum students. Lead staff trainings and collaborate with families to implement positive behavior interventions. This role requires a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, current BCBA and Missouri LBA certification, and one year of experience with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses. Required Qualifications
- Master's in Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA & Missouri LBA (in good standing)
