Job Summary

Conduct client assessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional analyses to secure funding and develop individualized treatment plans. Create comprehensive reports including behavior intervention plans and discharge summaries while utilizing behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff. Train and supervise behavior technicians on ABA procedures, monitor progress via visual analysis, and adjust programs based on client and caregiver needs. Requires a Master's degree, BACB certification, and two years of experience working with children with autism. Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends; offers up to 25 paid days, daily pay, and 90% off education.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
  • Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies
  • Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion
