Board Certified Behavior Analyst - RBT Supervisor

Job Summary
Provide BCBA supervision for RBTs as part of PRO Companies' ABA division, serving children and youth ages 2-21 across homes, schools, and clinics in PA. Travel between schools and home settings is required. Part-time role with flexible scheduling; W2 and 1099 Independent Contract positions available. Must hold a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field, active PA license (PA LBS/BCBA), and prior experience supervising RBTs; required clearances. Responsibilities include supervision of RBTs, developing specialized programs/trainings, and contributing to IBHS services within school and home environments.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active PA professional license and certification (i.e., PA LBS, BCBA)
- Minimum of one year of experience working with children and/or youth
- Previous experience providing RBT supervision
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
