Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements while conducting ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modifications. Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations, ensuring timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements. Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success. This part-time, in-person role at Opal Autism Centers in Idaho Falls offers a sustainable work environment with dedicated administrative support, flex days, and a focus on ethical, neuro-affirming care for early intervention populations (ages 2–6).
