Job Summary
Part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism in an in-clinic setting. Responsibilities include supervising and developing up to 5 RBTs, conducting assessments, writing individualized treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality to ensure best practices and ethical documentation aligned with BACB/state guidelines. Requires BCBA certification, state licensure where required, and clinic-based ABA experience; location is in-clinic at the Shelton, CT site.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB
- State Licensure where required
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
- Strong communication skills
- Clinic-based setting experience
