Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) needed to conduct functional behavior assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and supervise RBTs at Opal Autism Centers. Responsibilities include leading treatment- plan implementation, monitoring client progress, providing family training and support, staying current with ABA best practices and BACB ethics, and collaborating with other professionals. Requires BCBA certification, active NC or UT licensure, a Master's degree, and at least 1 year of ABA experience with autism (ages 2–6). Role is in-person/center-based in Charlotte, NC, with relocation assistance and opportunities for professional development, bonuses, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Current and active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Active Behavior Analyst licensure (LBA) in North Carolina or Utah (if applicable)
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism
- At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services to individuals between the ages of 2 and 6
- Experience in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Proven experience in coaching and supervising RBTs or other staff
- Proficient in electronic data collection, electronic clinical documentation, and evidence-based practices
- Proficient in using technology and electronic devices to perform job-related responsibilities
