Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time clinical supervisor role at Opal Autism Centers, requiring a Master's degree in a related field, BCBA certification, and experience in ABA therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Active Behavior Analyst licensure (LBA) in North Carolina (if applicable)
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism
- At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services to individuals between the ages of 2 and 6
- Proficient in electronic data collection, electronic clinical documentation, and evidence-based practices
- Proficient in using technology and electronic devices to perform job-related responsibilities and fulfill position requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
