Job Summary
Per Diem BCBA position in Ohio serving clients with autism spectrum disorder. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments and 3- to 6-month re-assessments, developing and updating objective treatment plans with measurable target behaviors, integrating ABA strategies across settings, direct patient contact in all relevant settings, and training staff and families on implementation. The role requires supervising BCaBA and RBTs when applicable, maintaining timely documentation through the Provider Portal, ensuring HIPAA compliance, coordinating with guardians, schools, and care teams, and adapting to company policy changes while delivering high-quality clinical outcomes. Must hold an active BCBA certificate, OH LBA licensure, Master’s degree in a related field, and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; ability to work in the US.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certificate (Required)
- OH LBA licensure
- Active BCBA certification
- Current 8-hour supervision certificate – certified to provide supervision to RBTs and supervisory experience
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
- Licensed/Certified: BCBA and OH LBA
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in the US
