Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Nebraska

Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families in Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote role requires clinicians to reside in Nebraska, with one monthly in-person session at a client's home. The position includes a dedicated BCBA Success Manager and supports LBA licensure expansion.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Must be physically located in the state of Nebraska
  • Must reside in Nebraska

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
