Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, no minimum or maximum caseload requirements, and no non-compete agreements. We provide a dedicated BCBA Success Manager and support for the LBA Expansion Program to assist with obtaining additional state licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
