Job Summary
Conduct direct behavioral therapy sessions, implement task analyses, and provide feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians while managing caseload supervision and clinical supervision. Deliver Functional Behavior Assessments, develop Behavior Intervention Plans, and execute skill acquisition plans in natural environments for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Manage crisis management and safety protocols, including CPR and CPI training, while documenting progress and antecedent interventions. Support parent and caregiver implementation of treatment plans. Reasonable 20-hour minimum weekly billable target with quarterly bonus opportunities up to 12K. Full-time and part-time roles available across AZ, CA, IL, LA, MA, MD, MI, NC, NH, VA, VT, and WI. Free on-demand CEUs and yearly professional development stipend provided.
