Job Summary
Lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home ABA services to children ages 3 to 21 in Georgia, with remote flexibility and monthly travel to Savannah. Provide remote and in-person assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and other professionals. Supervise technicians through virtual and in-home meetings, sign weekly timesheets, manage 25 billable hours per week, convert notes within 48 hours, and oversee 10-13 concurrent cases with up-to-date documentation. Stay current with BACB guidelines and ABA best practices, participate in case conferences, and support clinical leadership. Requires BCBA certification and Master’s degree; annual salary range $85,000–$100,000; travel to clients is monthly; residency within Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia border is required; hybrid work arrangement with potential remote supervision and on-site visits.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification - Required
- Master’s Degree - Required
- Experience supervising Behavior Technicians - Preferred (lead a team of RBTs)
- Telehealth experience - Preferred
- Central Reach ABA Software experience - Preferred
- Excellent communication skills - Required
