Job Summary
Lead a team of Behavior Technicians delivering in-home ABA services to children ages 3–18. Conduct remote assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress while collaborating closely with families to achieve meaningful outcomes. Provide mentoring and ongoing professional development to staff, maintain accurate documentation in accordance with BACB guidelines, and support clinicians with in-house resources. Most sessions occur after school hours and the role is fully remote, with the requirement that candidates reside in Georgia (or within 50 miles of the Georgia border) and travel to Hinesville, GA once a month to see clients. Sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates, with priority for those who possess a valid Medicaid ID and/or are bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, Bengali). Locations noted: Hinesville, GA.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
