Job Summary
Lead a team of Behavior Technicians delivering in-home ABA services to children ages 3–18. Conduct remote assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress. Collaborate with families to ensure meaningful outcomes; mentor and support staff with ongoing feedback and professional development; maintain BACB-compliant documentation. Flexible schedule with most sessions after school hours; position is fully remote. NY LBA is required. Sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates (e.g., Medicaid ID holder or bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Bengali).
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- LBA NY preferred/required per NY licensure rule
- Eligibility to live and work in the USA
