Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst opportunity with a Japan-focused role involving functional behavior assessments, skill-based assessments, development of individualized treatment plans and BIPs, ongoing supervision of RBTs/BTs and clinical staff, data collection and analysis to guide decisions, collaboration with families, and alignment with BACB ethics and insurance requirements. Includes team meetings, professional development, and administrative and billing support. First-year salary of 6,888,000 JPY, flexible daytime schedule (Monday–Friday), SLP-owned company, up to 28 hours of billable sessions per week, clinical mentorship and access to materials/resources, Japanese employment benefits (health insurance, pensions), 15 days of paid time off, 80 hours of paid sick time, CEU/professional development support, with opportunities to grow into leadership as the company expands and to serve underserved communities.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
